Mailing Lists? Sure! Choose from these three, er, four:
Go to the signup/archive form for CRM114 Announcements (very low volume list). This is what you want if you just need to keep track of releases.
Go to the signup/archive form for CRM114-General list. This is where to sign up to ask about CRM114 specific issues, (mis)features, bugs, get help, etc.
Go to the signup/archive form for CRM114-discuss list. This is where to sign up to discuss CRM114 the more esoteric and mathematical issues of CRM114, and filtering in general. (this is not the place for bugs).
Go to the signup/archive form for CRM114-developers list. This is for the hard-core CRM114 developer types, and probably excessive if you are a user. Bugs should be mentioned first on crm114-general, and if they aren't resolved, they will be escalated to this list.
These mailing lists are not cascaded; you should subscribe to whichever ones meet your needs.
They are all hosted directly by Sourceforge, so there is at least a small amount of assurance that they won't become spam-spigots.
